How I Work

I can guide or supplement a team from the first conversations to a live storefront. I'll join at any step of the process or run through the full project lifecycle.

1. Discovery

I review your current commerce setup, talk through your business requirements, and flag any technical constraints before scoping the work.

2. Planning

I map out the data model, storefront structure, and integration points, then lay out a rollout plan so you know what is happening and when.

3. Build & Configure

I build the solution directly in B2B Commerce Cloud, with regular check-ins and working demos as pieces come together, not just a status update at the end.

4. Launch

I manage go-live day: guiding final business testing, cutover, and making sure orders start flowing through without a hitch.

5. Support

I stay on after go-live for tuning, admin training, and the questions that come up once real orders are moving through the system.
